I recently had the pleasure of spending a night at Sobe, and I must say, it exceeded all my high expectations. The room was impeccably clean and well-equipped, featuring an electric kettle that made it easy to enjoy a hot drink after a long day exploring the region. I was particularly impressed by the stunning terrace, which offered breathtaking views of the countryside and was the perfect spot to unwind with a bottle of their exquisite local wine, fresh from the fridge. The owner's warm hospitality was evident not only in the delicious homemade breakfast-with a highlight being the scrambled eggs with pumpkin oil-but also in the helpful information provided about the area and their wine production. The tranquility of the hilltop location made for a peaceful night's rest, thanks to the efficient heating and air conditioning in the room. I wholeheartedly recommend Sobe for anyone looking to experience the beauty of Greece while enjoying exceptional accommodations.
